We have learned with great sorrow that at least 24 people lost their lives and more than 30 people were injured as a result of a terrorist attack perpetrated duringFridayprayersat a mosque in MohmandAgency, one of the Federally AdministeredTribal AreasofPakistan.

We condemn this terrorist act, wish God’s mercy upon those who lost their lives, extend our condolences to their families, and hope for a speedy recovery to the injured.

Turkey is in solidarity with its sorrowful Pakistani brothers and sisters in these difficult days.
